Each time you complete your checkout, we'll email you a receipt that reflects the items you purchased from your delivery. You can review this receipt, and any additional transactions, on your Orders page. Click 'View details' to see the complete record of your charges, discounts and refunds, as well as how the styling charge was applied if paid up front.
If you’ve returned items from your Fix, you’ll see them crossed out once they’ve been received by our warehouse team. Any refunds will be issued once your return has been processed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from this date for the refund to show on your bank statement.
