You can easily manage or cancel your Fix deliveries to suit you and your styling needs. You control whether we send you a delivery and you aren’t required to have an active order on your account. You'll never be charged any fees for cancelling a delivery.
When rescheduling your delivery, the dates shown on the calendar represent the earliest availability that we anticipate having inventory that matches your individual style and size preferences. If your delivery is fewer than 2 weeks away, you can contact us and we'll reschedule your delivery if possible.
From a web browser:
- Go to your home page.
- Click ‘Reschedule this Fix delivery’.
From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:
- Go to the home tab.
- Select the date of your next Fix delivery.
- Choose a date from the calendar.
- Press 'Save’.
I need to reschedule my Fix, can I have the same items I saw in my Fix preview?
Due to the nature of our inventory, we’re not able to guarantee the same items will be available if you need to reschedule. Just leave a note for your stylist or and our team and we will leave a note for your stylist.
