Reschedule or cancel a delivery

Can I reschedule my delivery?

You can reschedule a delivery from your home page up until about two weeks before your requested delivery date.

From a web browser:

  • Go to your home page.
  • Click ‘Reschedule this Fix delivery’.

From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:

  • Go to the home tab.
  • Select the date of your next Fix delivery.
  • Choose a date from the calendar.
  • Press 'Save’.

When rescheduling your delivery, the dates shown on the calendar represent the earliest available dates that we anticipate having inventory that matches your individual style and size preferences. If your delivery is fewer than two weeks away, you can contact us and we'll reschedule your delivery if possible.

Can I cancel my delivery?

If you aren't signed up for automatic deliveries, you can cancel a Fix delivery from your home page. If you're signed up for automatic deliveries, please visit our article About automatic deliveries for instructions on how to cancel an order.

From a web browser:

  • Go to your home page.
  • Click ‘Cancel this Fix delivery’.

From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:

  • Go to the home tab.
  • Select the date your Fix delivery is scheduled to arrive.
  • Choose ‘Skip or cancel your Fix delivery’.

You can cancel a Fix delivery until approximately two weeks prior to the day your delivery is scheduled to arrive. If it’s within two weeks of your delivery date, you'll need to contact us and we’ll stop your delivery if possible.
