I can’t get to the post office right now - what should I do about my returns?
If you need more time to return item(s) from your Fix, you can extend your try-on window by following the instructions here. If you feel you need longer than that to send the item(s) back to us, please contact us. Alternatively, you can arrange a Evri (formerly Hermes) collection. You can learn more here.
I have a Fix that went to an address I do not have access to right now.
We completely understand that due to office closures, you may not be able to get to your Fix delivery. Please contact us to let us know that your Fix is in a location you can’t get to. We’ll make sure that you are not charged for the items, and we can also help with arranging for another Fix to be sent to an alternative address.
I want to take a break from Fixes until everything settles down.
