You can cancel, reschedule or skip your Fix before we start working on it, which usually starts about 2 weeks before your delivery date. If your delivery is ‘in progress’ and you no longer have the option to cancel onsite, you can
- Go to your homepage, below the note to your stylist.
- Click ‘Reschedule this Fix’, Skip this Fix’ or ‘Cancel this Fix’.
- Onsite messaging will confirm you’ve cancelled/rescheduled your order.
- Your styling charge will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
