How do I change my password?
Sign into your account and click on your name in the top right-hand corner. From the dropdown menu select ‘Account Settings’. There you can then change your password.
What if I accidentally made more than one account?
If you discover that you have accidentally created accounts please . We’ll make sure your current order and any credit connected to your account are transferred to your preferred email address.
Why am I getting a message saying my email is already taken?
If you’re sure you haven’t created an account already, and we’ll be happy to set one up for you. If you’re not sure, you can try entering your email address and resetting your password. You can also use this page to confirm that you’ve entered your email address correctly, if you’re unable to login.
I logged in through Facebook/Google/Apple and I don’t know my password
If you’ve logged in via another service, you’ll need to continue to login using that same method as your password details are stored with them.
