Which carriers does Stitch Fix use?
Stitch Fix customers enjoy free postage both ways as a benefit of using our service. We use:
- Evri (formerly Hermes) and Royal Mail to deliver parcels to your door.
- DPD and Evri for Click & Collect.
- Collect+ for returns only - this option can be selected at checkout.
Can I choose my delivery carrier?
Yes, just select your preferred delivery carrier from your Account page.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, at signup, simply select a location that's close to you. When your Fix arrives, you’ll be able to collect your parcel using one of the accepted forms of ID and the dispatch email.
Accepted forms of ID for parcel pick-up:
- Credit or debit card.
- Bank or building society book.
- Valid passport.
- Cheque book.
- Driving licence.
How do I update my delivery address?
You can update your delivery address anytime from your Account page. If you experience any errors saving your information, please try accessing the site from a different web browser or device.

Does my parcel have a tracking number?
Once your Fix has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Within 24-48 hours of receiving this notification, you should be able to track your parcel.
You’ll be able to track your Fix from the homepage of your account. You can also sign up to receive text alerts on the status of your Fix once it’s been shipped. Just add your phone number on your homepage when you have a Fix in progress.
We don’t provide a way to track your returns once you’ve sent them back to us, but if you haven’t already sent back your returns you can note down the tracking number and use that to track your returns. You won’t receive an email once we receive your returns, but we’ll get in touch with you if there are any issues.
Can you request a delivery to arrive sooner?
Currently, deliveries are determined by the date you request your order to arrive. If you'd like an earlier delivery, you can check to see if there is an earlier available date from your homepage. You can also reschedule a delivery up to 2 weeks before your order is scheduled to arrive.
Do you guarantee the arrival date?
We strive to have your order arrive as close as possible to the date you’ve selected. However, due to various factors in creating and dispatching orders, we can’t guarantee an exact arrival date. If your delivery doesn’t arrive within a few days of your requested date, please to let us know.
Can I use Parcel Motel or another freight forwarding service?
No, due to Brexit we are no longer shipping to Ireland and other countries using freight forwarding. If you use a forwarding service you’re using it at your own risk, we might not be able to assist you if your Fix goes missing.
