How do I update my delivery address?

You can update your delivery address anytime from your Account page. If you experience any errors saving your information, please try accessing the site from a different web browser or device. If your parcel has already been dispatched and you need to change your address, please see Delivery issues.

Which carriers does Stitch Fix use?

Stitch Fix customers enjoy free postage both ways as a benefit of using our service! We use Hermes, DPD and Royal Mail to deliver parcels to you. Sending items back is easy. When you’ve finished trying the items on, just pop anything you don’t want into the prepaid envelope we included in your delivery and return it by using the carrier specified on the label.

Can I choose my delivery carrier?

Yes, just select your preferred delivery carrier from your Account page. We use Hermes, DPD and Royal Mail.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes. Instead of having your parcel delivered to your address, you can choose to collect it from your local Hermes or DPD Click & Collect location. At signup, simply select a location that's close to you. When your Fix arrives, you’ll be able to collect your parcel using one of the accepted forms of ID and the dispatch email.

Accepted forms of ID for parcel pick-up:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank or building society book
  • Valid passport
  • Cheque book
  • Driving licence

Does my parcel have a tracking number?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Within 24 hours of receiving this notification, you should be able to track your parcel. We don’t provide a way to track your returns once you’ve sent them back to us - we’ll get in touch with you if there are any issues.

Can you request a delivery to arrive sooner?

Currently, deliveries are determined by the date you request your order to arrive. If you'd like an earlier delivery, you can check to see if there is an earlier available date from your homepage. You can also reschedule a delivery up to two weeks before your order is scheduled to arrive.

Do you guarantee the arrival date?

We strive to have your order arrive as close as possible to the date you’ve selected. However, due to various factors in creating and dispatching orders, we can’t guarantee an exact arrival date. If your delivery doesn’t arrive within a few days of your requested date, please contact us to let us know.
