Check your spam folder as it could have gone in there and make sure you add hello@stitchfix.co.uk to your address book so that you can receive future emails.
If you are a Gmail user, look in the Promotions tab of your inbox. If you find the email, drag it into the Primary tab and click ‘Yes’ to ensure all future emails show up in your inbox.
