How do I contact Customer Service?
To get in touch with us, send our team an email. We aim to answer all inquiries within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our customer service is 100% human, and we want to be sure that we give your request the time and attention it deserves. We don’t yet offer support over the phone or through live chat.
It's been more than 48 hours and I still haven’t received a reply from customer support — HELP!
First, check your spam folder (and make sure you add email@example.com to your address book so that you receive future emails).
