What are automatic deliveries?
They’re an easy way to have your Fixes come on a regular basis.
The frequency options are:
- every 2 to 3 weeks.
- every month.
- every other month.
- every 3 months.

Do I have to get a delivery every month?
Nope! You can either receive your Fixes on demand or set up automatic deliveries.
How do I sign up for automatic deliveries?
From a web browser:
- On your home page select a date you’d like to receive your next Fix.
- Tick the box 'Please send me automatic deliveries. Change any time'.
- Select how often you’d like to receive a delivery.
- Click 'BOOK YOUR FIX' to confirm your auto-ship.
If you already have an order in progress, don’t worry! You can still sign up for automatic Fixes and it won’t change the date of your next delivery.
From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:
- Go to the home tab.
- Touch the date you’d like your next Fix.
- Press the dropdown arrow to select how often you’d like to receive a delivery.
- The calendar above will show when your next delivery is scheduled.
- Select 'Save' to confirm your auto-ship.
Do I have to sign up for automatic deliveries?
Not unless you want to. We want you to choose the solution that works best with your schedule and lifestyle, whether that means orders arrive automatically or you place an order manually each time.
Stitch Fix doesn’t have a membership fee or a monthly subscription.
Can I skip an automatic delivery?
Of course. You don’t need to change your delivery frequency. Just skip the Fix and your delivery schedule will resume as usual for the following order.
If we’re already working on your upcoming Fix delivery, this option won’t be available so you’ll need to .
From a web browser:
- From your home page, click 'Skip this Fix delivery'.
From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:
- Go to your home tab.
- Touch the date of your next Fix delivery.
- Select 'Skip or cancel your Fix delivery'.
- Click the option to cancel your Fix delivery.
- Your home tab will show you when your next delivery is scheduled.
How do I cancel my automatic deliveries?
From a web browser:
- Go to your home page.
- Click on 'Manage Automatic Fix Deliveries'.
- Click ‘I want to stop receiving automatic Fixes’.
- Click the dropdown option for 'Cancel automatic deliveries' and click 'Save'.
From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:
- Go to your home tab.
- Touch the date of your next Fix delivery.
- Under the calendar, you’ll see the header entitled ‘Select how often we send you a Fix’.
- Touch the dropdown arrow to see the delivery options, and select ‘On demand: I’ll book each Fix delivery’ and click ‘Save’.
- Select 'No thanks' to confirm your cancellation.
If we’ve already started styling your next order, you may not see these options and will instead see the message ‘Your order is in progress’. If you see this message, please .
When you’ve cancelled your automatic deliveries, your homepage will now prompt you to schedule a new Fix using the calendar.
How do I change the frequency of my automatic deliveries?
From a web browser:
- Go to your home page, click ‘Manage automatic Fix deliveries’.
- Click ‘I want to change my Fix delivery frequency’.
- Select your new frequency and click ‘Update Preference’.
From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:
- Go to your home tab.
- Touch the date of your next Fix delivery.
- Under the calendar, you’ll see the header ‘Select how often we send your Fix delivery’.
- Touch the dropdown arrow to see the automatic delivery options, and select your new frequency.
Note: The date of your next Fix delivery doesn't change and the new delivery frequency will apply to subsequent orders. See Reschedule or cancel a delivery for how to change the delivery date for your next Fix delivery.
