Find answers here with regards to any payment issues.
How do I pay for my Fix delivery items?
We accept a wide variety of online payment methods, including:
- All debit cards
- All major credit cards that are connected to a UK postal address
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Stitch Fix credit from referrals or special promotions
We don’t accept cash, cheques, gift cards or prepaid credit cards. All payment information is stored with Braintree, a trusted third-party payment processor.
Where can I review purchases and refunds?
To review your receipts or answer any questions about your bill, visit your Orders page. On your Orders page you’ll find a record of all the items you’ve received going back to 2016. Click “View details” to review your original receipt, as well as any additional transactions. You’ll see a complete record of your charges, discounts, and refunds, as well as how the styling charge was applied if paid up front.
Does Stitch Fix collect VAT?
Yes, all our listed prices are VAT-inclusive.
What if payment fails?
If your payment fails, we’ll make several attempts to reprocess your card or payment method. If your account displays a failed payment notification, please update your payment method and contact us so we can settle your balance.
What if I see an item in my Stitch Fix parcel elsewhere for a lower price?
We do our best to ensure that our pricing is competitive. While many of our items are sold exclusively by Stitch Fix, if you find an identical item at another online retailer in the UK, we’ll match the lower price for you and credit you the difference if the item is:
- found within 7 days of delivery;
- not part of a conditional or promotional sale, meaning a sale price with conditions like buying within a limited time period, using a promo code, or being a “member.”
If these criteria apply to a piece you received, please contact us with the details of your item as well as a link to the lower-priced item so our buying team can confirm.
