The quality of our clothing is very important to us. If one of your items arrives damaged or doesn’t hold up, we sincerely apologise and will do our best to make it right.
First, check for an exchange at checkout. If you’re able to choose one, simply send back the original item with your returns and you’ll receive a replacement within a few days.
If an exchange isn’t available or you’ve already checked out, please with the item number. You can find the number on the green Stitch Fix label attached to the item as well as on the paper bill included with your order.
If you’re not able to exchange or think you can repair it. We’re happy to offer you a discount on the item. It won’t affect the buy-all discount if you choose to keep all of the items in your Fix. Just let our team know and they’ll be happy to assist you.
If your Fix arrives damaged as well as the items inside please . Our team will assist with scheduling a replacement Fix for you.
