Can I divert my delivery if it's headed to the wrong address?
The ability to change the destination of your delivery depends on the carrier. Enter your tracking number on your carrier's website (DPD, Evri (formerly Hermes) or Royal Mail) to see your diversion options. If there are no options available or it is asking for payment, please for assistance.
My tracking number says delivered, but I haven’t received my delivery
While we trust and value our carriers, issues can occur with delivery every once in a while. We recommend checking with your neighbours to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby, then contacting the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the parcel. I’ve received a Fix but the contents are different to what I see on my checkout?
In the rare instance that the contents of your Fix don’t match the items you’re seeing on your checkout screen please to let us know. To help us find out what went wrong please pass on an ID number of one of the items. It can be found on the green Stitch Fix label attached to each of your items.
